George Hotz
These articles aren’t written by George Hotz, but he recommended reading them and I’d do the same.
- How To Ask Questions The Smart Way
- How To Become A Hacker (planning to read soon)
Programming
- The Grug Brained Developer: Simple beats complex. Complexity very, very bad.
- Railway Oriented Programming by Scott Wlaschin: An introduction to Railway Oriented Programming, this methodology can be used to build high quality software without the mountain of abstraction associated with other programming paradigm. This was shown to me in one of my C# developer roles and has changed the way I write my programs now.
- Domain Modelling Made Functional by Scott Wlaschin (this is a separate book, his F# For Fun and Profit website has lots of relevant content on these topics): How to create a common language and domain model to make your programs compatible with Railway Oriented Programming and functional programming ideas.
- How I build my minimum viable products by Pieter Levels: Pieter is constantly building and he doesn’t overthink how it needs to be built.
